About the name
Our name says Open Box, and that is exactly what we sell. The outer box was opened. The item inside never was, and it was never a customer return. Every unit ships with everything the manufacturer packs inside it and the manufacturer’s warranty in force. Nothing here is refurbished, ex display, graded, B stock or a customer return, and we never describe an item as new when it is not.
Boxes are open for three reasons: overstock verification, display units, and damaged outer packaging. In all three the item inside is untouched. That is the whole reason for the price.
Then why is it cheaper?
Because of what we do not spend money on. There is no store to rent, no sales floor, no catalog of thousands of references to warehouse. We sell a short list of products, we do each one properly, and we take a short margin on it. That is the whole explanation.
Choosing gets simpler
A product page should help you decide, not bury you in promises. We keep the features that matter, say exactly which version is being sold, and show the shipping times before you reach the payment page.
