Condition of the products
Every item is sold unused, in an opened manufacturer’s box, with everything the manufacturer packs inside it. We do not sell refurbished, ex display, graded or returned units, and we never describe an item as new when it is not.
Products and prices
The essential features of each item are listed on its product page. Prices are shown in US dollars, and the total shown at checkout is the total we charge. Any tax we are required to collect is shown before you pay. For a delivery outside the United States, import duties and local taxes are set by the destination country and collected by the carrier, as explained on the shipping policy page.
Orders and payment
Check your cart, your details and your address before paying. Confirming the order creates an obligation to pay, and we email you a confirmation with your order number. Card payments are processed by Stripe: your full card details go straight to Stripe, this site never receives or stores them. We may cancel and refund an order in full if the item turns out to be unavailable or if the order appears fraudulent.
Shipping
Orders are dispatched within 3 business days. Delivery then takes 5 to 8 business days in the United States and 8 to 12 business days in the United Kingdom, Australia and Canada. Every parcel ships from the United States. Full details, including customs and import duties, are on the shipping policy page.
Returns and refunds
You can ask to return an eligible item within 180 calendar days of delivery, for any reason. Open Box Home pays the return shipping and emails you a prepaid label. Your refund is issued within 14 days of us receiving and inspecting the item, to the original payment method. The full conditions are on the returns and refunds page, and you can send a request from the return request form.
Manufacturer’s warranty
Because every item is unused, it carries the manufacturer’s own warranty, on the manufacturer’s terms and for the period the manufacturer sets. We do not shorten it, extend it or replace it, and the warranty paperwork is inside the box. Our 180 day return policy sits on top of that warranty and takes nothing away from it.
Support, disputes and applicable law
For any complaint, write to support@openboxhome.com. We look at every request and try to settle it directly. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. Nothing in them removes the consumer protections you have under the law of the country you live in.
