What arrives in the box
Every item ships unused, in an opened manufacturer’s box, with the accessories and paperwork the manufacturer packs inside it. Nothing we sell is refurbished, ex display, graded, B stock or a customer return. The price is low for a simpler reason: we run no store, we do not carry thousands of references, and we take a short margin on one product done properly.
Handling time
Your order is prepared and handed to the carrier within 3 business days. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding US public holidays.
Delivery time after dispatch
United States: 5 to 8 business days.
United Kingdom, Australia and Canada: 8 to 12 business days.
Every parcel ships from the United States. If a different time applies to an item or an address, it is shown before you pay.
Shipping cost
Standard tracked shipping is free to the United States, the United Kingdom, Australia and Canada. Open Box Home adds nothing to your total after payment is confirmed.
Customs and import duties outside the United States
Because every parcel leaves from the United States, an order delivered to the United Kingdom, Australia or Canada clears customs in the destination country. Import duties, local tax such as VAT or GST, and the carrier’s clearance fee are set by that country, not by us. They are the responsibility of the person receiving the parcel, they are additional to the price paid on this site, and the carrier normally asks for them at delivery. Orders delivered inside the United States are not affected.
Tracking
As soon as the carrier scans your parcel, we email you the tracking details we have. If tracking has not moved for several days, write to us and we will chase the carrier for you.
Late or damaged parcels
Write to support@openboxhome.com with your order number. If the parcel arrives damaged, keep the packaging and send us a photo, it makes the claim much faster. A parcel that is late, lost or damaged in transit is our problem to solve, not yours.
