Start a return
You have 180 days from delivery to tell us you want to send an item back. No reason needed, and the return costs you nothing.
Before you send your request
- Use the email address the order was placed with.
- Add your order number and the items concerned.
- Wait for our prepaid label before shipping anything back.
A request reference appears on screen as soon as you send the form. You do not have to give a reason.
Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund is issued within 14 days, to the original payment method. The full conditions are on the returns and refunds page.
